FAQ:
Q: After turn on mirror, 15 seconds later, it prompts to enter sleep mode, how to disable it?
A: Your power cord is connected incorrectly, or you are not using the original power cord.
If you are using the original power cord, please check whether the connection is correct,
1. Red wire connect with ACC (it is ignition),
2. Yellow wire connect with battery,
3. Black wire connect with iron, it is ground wire.
If the connection is correct, there will be no problem of entering sleep mode. The mirror will enter sleep mode only after your car is turned off.
Q: Why ther is no sounds?
A: you may turned on FM, so device doesn’t has sounds. Please turn off FM, you will hear sounds. The FM is not radio, it is FM transmitter, FM transmitter is use for sync with your car audio. for example, when you turn on device FM transmitter and setting frequency in 100.4, the frequency of the car is also adjusted to 100.4, now you play music from device, you will hear sounds from car speaker.
Q: How to use Car Assist Function
A: about remote access function,
first, please download APP “Car Assist” in your phone .
second, in mirror, there is APP list. please find about Car Assist APP. and runing it.
third, there is a QR Code in mirror after you runing Car Assist APP.
fourth, running phone APP Car Assist, click “ME”–>”Device Management”–> “Scan Device”, then scan mirror QR Code.
Go to “Monitor”, Check “Take Picture” “Take Video” “Live”.
Q: Why the GPS signal is weak?
A: please check whether you winded the unnecessarily long wire of GPS module.
if you winded them together. This coil acted as an inductor. The high frequency satellite signal will be disturbed. It also cause increase warming. As a solution, please placed the wire in straight lines.
About install SIM card correct method
the chipset face upward. deep insert sim card until you hear a “click” sounds.
after install sim card, mirror need takes 5-10 minutes to read signal.
